Jev API is a tool designed for text classification, evaluation, and scoring. It allows users to input text such as customer messages, reviews, articles, or business data, define specific questions, and receive decisions, probabilities, and scores based on those inputs. The platform provides several methods of access, including an online playground for testing questions, CSV batch processing for evaluating multiple rows of data, and an API for integrating the classification workflow directly into other applications. Supported use cases for the tool include support triage, content moderation, intent routing, review scoring, sales intent analysis, LLM guardrails, citation checks, and candidate screening. The outputs provided are model estimates rather than guarantees, and submitted content is processed by the configured model provider.
