Maintain a Consistent AI Campaign Style
Write what must stay fixed and what may vary. A hero image and social cards may share colors while using different compositions. Reviewable constraints such as lighting and subject scale are more useful than asking for a premium aesthetic without explanation.

Define the series
Write what must stay fixed and what may vary. A hero image and social cards may share colors while using different compositions. Reviewable constraints such as lighting and subject scale are more useful than asking for a premium aesthetic without explanation.
Reference sheet
Collect approved colors, typography and lighting with a negative example explaining what fails. Use references you have permission to upload. A style reference guides composition; it does not grant rights to reproduce another brand’s artwork or visual identity.
Preserve the product
Compare packaging geometry, labels and marks at full resolution. If generation distorts the product, composite an original photo into the background instead. Keep the source image so reviewers can distinguish approved scene changes from accidental alterations of factual product details.
Contact sheet
Review all images together before checking details. An attractive image may dominate because it is much darker or more saturated. Compare brightness, subject scale and text space. Revise outliers instead of approving each frame independently and discovering inconsistency after publication.
Editable text
Add prices and headlines as editable layers rather than generated letters. Use Canva Magic Studio or your editor for layout, then compare factual lines with approved copy. Export a text-free master so the series can support later campaigns.
Crop review
Preview mobile, desktop and square crops at the intended dimensions. Important content must survive the visible crop and retain contrast. Continue with the product-image workflow for factual review; responsive layout cannot restore details already cut out of the asset.
Acceptance checklist
Before approval, check the intended audience, factual claims, permissions, final output and destination. Assign a reviewer and log unresolved questions. Review the exact file or page that users receive rather than only a preview. Keep assumptions separate from observed results so a later review can understand the limits.
Version and follow-up
Save the brief, approved output and review notes under a clear version. Keep rejected drafts separate. When requirements change, update the source and repeat affected checks. Browse ToolNav around a real task and compare current provider terms before adopting a new tool; feature names alone do not establish workflow fit.
